Who Is Eligible?

  • Be an active Local 100 member employed by NYCT, MaBSTOA or MTA Bus.
  • Have completed 90 days of employment, with the exception of the newborn stipend.
  • Need child care while actively working.

How We Deliver

  • View Programs
    Browse our available child care and youth programs on the Programs page. Find options that match your family’s schedule and your child’s age.

  • Submit Applications
    Submit an application via our website during the registration period. Check your email for confirmation.
  • Await Application Status
    Once approved, you will receive an approval packet by mail, and ongoing updates about your enrollment and any Fund benefits or changes via email or text.
