The Fund offers vouchers designed to meet the child care and youth needs of eligible TWU Local 100 members. Each program is built on the principle that working families deserve accessible, quality support.
Summer Camp Voucher ages 4 – 12
The Summer Camp Voucher
The Summer Camp Voucher is for children ages 4-12 by July 1st. Summer Camps must be licensed. Regular day camps only. No sleepaway or specialized camps (e.g. sports camp, equestrian camp, music/dance camp and summer school).
Fall Voucher ages 0 – 12
The Fall Voucher
The Fall Voucher Program is for ages newborn through 12 years old. The program is used for daycare, babysitting, before & afterschool services. Licensed and unlicensed providers are eligible.
Newborn Stipend under a year old
The Newborn Stipend Program
The Newborn Stipend Program is for members with children under 1 year old. You must apply for a time period when you have exhausted all of your leave balances (AVA, Vacation, OTO, Sick or PLD) and were out of work unpaid due to caring for your newborn. It is available to members who are on probation.

Prepare
Gather required documents and complete the application form online during enrollment time.
Submit
Each member can submit up to two applications during a program year.
Confirm
Once you submit your application, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received.
