The TWU Local 100-NYCT Childcare Fund was created through our collective bargaining process during the 2002 contract negotiations. It is a jointly administered fund managed by TWU Local 100 and New York City Transit. The Fund is overseen by a Director and 4 Board of Trustees (2 TWU Local 100 Trustees and 2 NYCT Trustees).

Mission Statement

Our mission is to increase our members’ accessibility to high quality, affordable childcare, youth services and information. The fund works to offer a variety of programs and services for fund-eligible TWU Local 100 members that will meet their child care needs. The TWU Local 100-NYCT Childcare Fund is dedicated to assisting parents in integrating their work and family responsibilities.
