NYCT, MaBSTOA and MTA Bus employees represented by TWU Local 100 who are parents of a newborn
child can apply for a stipend of $300.00 per week - up to four (4) weeks.
be an active NYCT, MaBSTOA or MTA Bus employee at the time their child was born.
be out of work unpaid to care for their new born child, have exhausted all leave balances and continue on consecutive unpaid leave immediately thereafter during the requested stipend period dates.
member can apply for stipend up until the child turns one years old.
